Our stay at this resort was pleasant overall, with clean and spacious accommodations. The staff provided excellent service, particularly at the pool bar. However, the distance to the beach was a bit inconvenient, and the dining area for breakfast lacked natural light, which detracted from the experience. It's a good spot for families, but some improvements could make it even better.

Our stay at the Naples Grande Beach Resort was truly enjoyable, highlighted by the beautiful property and wonderful pool facilities, especially the family pool with a water slide. The service from staff members like Amanda and Curtis made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. However, some minor inconveniences included occasional noise and a fee for beach umbrellas despite the additional resort fee. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would love to return.

My stay at Naples Grande was a mixed experience. The hotel has a stunning pool area and friendly staff, which I truly appreciated. However, the rooms are dated and cleanliness could use improvement. Dining options were nice at the catch of the pelican, especially during happy hour, but overall, I felt the prices were on the higher side. The balance between comfort and cost didn't feel ideal as the room I was in had some issues that marred my experience.

I had a really nice experience at the hotel. They welcomed us kindly and even allowed us to check in early. The pool area was amazing for the kids, with a fun waterslide and plenty of activities, though the restaurant service at the beach was lacking at times.
